Preventative Medicine For Exceptional Teams Package
★ Introductory video with client testimonials
★ 24 x 60-minute virtual individual support sessions (Additional sessions billed at $90 per hour once retained amount has been utilized. Net 30 days)
★ 3 Focused Solutions Workshops (each including 2 live group trainings with time in between to implement new strategies. Focus is tailored and can be on areas such as interpersonal conflicts, difficult clients, stress relief and self-care, working through moral and ethical trauma, DEI issues, leadership skills for any level, improving top-down and bottom-up communication, etc.)
★ Monthly community calls hosted by the Leaders Work consecutively for 12 months to deepen practice, offer support, and strengthen community ties.

Zen Executive Mindset Package
The Zen Executive Mindset Package is for higher-level executives who want their open and self-transforming mind, compassionate leadership, and high levels of authenticity, self-care, and awareness to inform their influence and leadership styles.
★ Up to 10 people per package
★ Recorded introduction to the Work and prep materials
★ 2 x 90-minute sessions for each group member + one 15-minute exploratory call with each new team member utilizing these services (Additional sessions billed at $120/hr once retained amount has been utilized).
★ 4 Focused Solutions Workshops (1 per quarter; each including 2 live group trainings with time in between to implement new strategies and explore outcomes and feedback. Focus is tailored and can be on areas such as interpersonal conflicts, stress relief and self-care, working through trauma, DEI issues, leadership without blinders, deepening self-awareness and soft leadership skills).
★ Deepening presence and mental clarity by mastering basic mindfulness – weekly live meditation sessions (virtual) for 12 weeks (time and spacing dependent on facilitator recommendations and team requirements/availability).
★ Workshops or individual sessions can be in person on request; additional expenses might apply.
