The Leaders Work and Zen Vet Med Methods

Our programs are a training for professionals in self-aware professional conduct, open-mindedness, emotional intelligence, and letting go. 

The Stress-Free Career Strategy Call is the first step for anyone considering a Leaders Work or Zen Vet Med program.

During your strategy call, we’ll spend 45 minutes assesing your individual situation and discussing your priorities. At the end of this call, you’ll be clearer on where you need to go and what you need to do. You’ll also know if our programs are a fit for you.

What you can expect in a program 😊

Facilitation: Together, we’ll find ways to shift perspectives on situations that keep you stuck.

Resourcing: I will help you create safe internal spaces that you can retreat to any time you need to.

Somatic Exercises: Connect with the deeper wisdom of your body! Uncover what old wounds are holding your body hostage so that you can release their tension and move with more freedom physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Inquiry-based stress relief: The Work of Byron Katie is a way to investigate the thoughts and beliefs behind your problems. It’s a tool you can continue using with confidence after our work together. It will help you find clarity and ease in your life.

Mindfulness: You’ll have the chance to establish a meditation practice as part of your program. Mindfulness is a powerful tool to finding home to yourself and living from your center.

Yoga and Pranayama: Use specific ways of moving your body and breath awareness to relax, detox, and increase your energy levels.
